Insurance Sales Agent - Insurance Advisor
The ideal candidate will be self-employed, develop long term relationships with his/her clients, assess their needs and provide them the right solutions in protection and investment.
Find and approach clients outdoors
Assess risk and present the appropriate consultancy
Quote, convert, renew and maintain general insurance policies
Service customers via telephone calls, emails and general administration
Consistently demonstrate high customer service standards by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and meeting and exceeding customer expectations whilst acting with integrity
Proactively anticipate customer issues and take appropriate action
Adhere to company quality and underwriting standards
Participate in the achievement of individual and departmental targets and objectives
Minimum age: 21 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /Political Science/ Law or MBA with 1 to 5 years of experience
Fluent in Arabic, English. French is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Customer oriented with good negotiation and communication skills
Pro-active and independent hands-on working style with ability to deliver high-quality results, even under time pressure
A car is a must
